Greencastle Consulting offers a one-of-a-kind experience for transitioning veterans. In partnership with Stronghold Leadership, we deliver premier, comprehensive certification training designed to empower veterans to achieve their career goals in Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, and Data Analytics.
Our training, certification, and performance program builds upon the proven leadership, discipline, and strategic thinking developed through your military service. We equip veterans with professional tools, credentials, and confidence to translate their service experience into lasting career success.
The program is optimized for a 3–6-month fellowship and will be completed on-site at Greencastle’s National HQ in Malvern, PA. This no-cost program delivers a healthy mix of classroom instruction, leadership development, and hands-on, real-world project management.
The classroom instruction focuses on practical approaches to Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement. Each Fellow will have the opportunity to earn the following certifications and training:
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute
• Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP®) from ACMP
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
• Microsoft Power BI Instruction
During the course of instruction, Fellows will be assigned a real-world, short-duration project. Each project will be monitored and guided by an experienced member of the Greencastle team.
Qualifications:
At Greencastle, our SkillBridge evaluation process reflects the same values that shape our culture: purpose, clarity, and people-first thinking. Candidates will participate in a series of skills-based assessments and a final interview with our Senior Leadership Team prior to any W-2 offer being extended.
