    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Production Maintenance Team and ensure the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. This role supervises technicians performing electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs while supporting production schedules and company safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, schedule, and support Production Maintenance Technicians.
    • Assign, prioritize, and verify completion of maintenance work orders.
    • Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment issues.
    • Oversee installation, repair, modification, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
    • Modify and troubleshoot equipment controls and programmable controllers.
    • Coordinate parts and materials needed for maintenance projects.
    • Review production schedules and allocate technician resources accordingly.
    • Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented and completed on time.
    • Promote safe work practices and enforce company safety policies.
    • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and product quality.
    • Track and approve employee time using the company’s time and attendance system.
    • Work hands-on with the maintenance team on the production floor as needed.
    • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and supervisors.
    • Follow all GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
