Redbarn Pet Products was co-founded in 1996 by lifelong friends Jeff Baikie and Howie Bloxam, who met as 12-year-olds on a hockey rink in Canada. Inspired by a shared passion for wholesome, high-quality dog food, they built a company that has grown to a family of 500 members, offering over 200 foods, treats, and chews. Production Attendance Bonus – Earn Up to $1,000 This Holiday Season! Eligible employees can earn a Production Attendance Bonus of up to $1,000, with the program running from October 1 through December 18, 2026, and the bonus paid on December 18, 2026. Employees must be actively employed on October 1 and remain employed through the payout date while meeting all applicable attendance requirements. Employees hired during October may be eligible for a prorated bonus of $600–$1,000, based on their hire date. Employees hired after October 31, 2026, are not eligible. All bonuses are subject to applicable program eligibility requirements and attendance policies.

Job Summary:
Manually prepare and package products by performing various tasks within various departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manually prepare, package, inspect, and organize products in a production environment. Duties include preparing materials and pallets, handling and cleaning products, operating basic packaging equipment and conveyors, inspecting products for quality, labeling and dating boxes, counting and packing finished products, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
