    Role overview

    We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and proactive Sales Development Representative to accelerate the growth of our North American business. The primary objective of this role will be generating meetings and opportunities with pre-identified accounts by leveraging various channels (emails, phone, LinkedIn, events). Additionally, the successful candidate will also be able to increase awareness and nurture relationships with prospects pre-engagement and pre-handover to Relationship Managers. You will be working closely with Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and Relationship Managers to roll out targeted and relevant messaging to high-value targets.

    This role supports new business origination, advances complex sales opportunities, and strengthens executive-level relationships. The Sales Development Representative engages confidently with C-suite leaders, uncovers strategic business needs, and positions Redbridge’s advisory and engagements as high-value, long-term partnerships.

    Success in this role requires tailored written and verbal messaging, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate economic insight into measurable business impact. In addition to booking Introduction meetings, a successful SDR will also support the Relationship Managers to progress that Prospect from Stage 1 (Introduction) to Stage 2 (Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)).

    • Meetings booked with target accounts
    • Accounts and prospects engagement progress
    • SQL = scorecards
    • Increased conversion rate from Intro to SQL (Current state: 68%)
    • Quality and consistency of prospecting activity and CRM data

    Key responsibilities

    • Leverage our tech stack to roll out a constant flow of tailored prospecting messages to our addressable market and book meetings.
    • Maintain consistent outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
    • Support Relationship Managers to maintain and develop prospect relationships throughout the sales funnel.
    • Support Relationship Managers and the wider Business Development team with pre- and post-event communication for internal and external events.
    • Tactically use marketing assets to complement sales messaging, increase brand awareness and relevance.
    • Partner with RMs and the Head of ABM to execute hyper-targeted prospecting sequences on priority accounts.
    • Take ownership of account data cleanliness to maximize marketing and sales efficiency, including identifying relevant contacts and auditing account qualification data.
    • Participate in success metrics analysis and refinement to continuously improve messaging, sequences, and outreach efforts.
    • Proactively identify new targets matching our ICPs to expand our TAM.
    • Achieve and exceed agreed meeting and activity targets.

    Experience and Competencies 

    • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, outbound sales or a similar role.
    • Experience working with CRM and sales outbound platforms; Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo are preferred.
    • Experience generating meetings with treasury and finance leaders, Fortune 1000 businesses, or experience within consulting or financial services is valued.
    • Experience and confidence using phone, email, LinkedIn and other communication channels to reach prospects.
    • Ability to think on your feet and adapt messaging when speaking with prospects.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
    • Critical mindset and ability to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to CRM/data quality.
    • Ability to deliver several initiatives simultaneously with a high quality of execution.
    • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills.
    • Driven, self-motivated and autonomous, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn from coaching and feedback.

    Tools

    • Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or ZoomInfo
    • Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
