About your tasks:
- Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
- Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests for completeness, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining high-quality portfolio data in Jira.
- Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed through—while never owning the business decisions themselves.
- Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights, helping leadership identify trends, bottlenecks and planning risks.
- Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards to create an efficient, scalable and user-friendly demand management framework.
About you:
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
- You have experience working with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and understand how governance processes support effective planning and delivery.
- You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, challenging incomplete requests constructively and ensuring stakeholders can navigate governance with confidence.
- You value collaboration across business and IT, and you're motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.
