About your tasks:
- Support the Procurement team in day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities across different indirect spend categories.
- Conduct market and supplier research and help identify potential suppliers for upcoming sourcing activities.
- Support the preparation and evaluation of supplier offers, tenders, and commercial comparisons.
- Analyze procurement data and help identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Assist with supplier communication, documentation, contract administration, and maintaining accurate procurement data.
- Contribute to procurement projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments.
- Help improve and standardize procurement processes, tools, and documentation.
About you:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.
- You are interested in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial topics and are eager to gain practical experience alongside your studies.
- You enjoy working with data and have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- You have a structured and reliable way of working and pay attention to detail.
- You are proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks.
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating in an international environment.
- You communicate confidently in English; German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
