Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department
- Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development
- Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations
- Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow
- Create staff deployment plans for daily operations
- Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours
About You:
- Initial experience in leading or coordinating employees (career changers are welcome) or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
- Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust within a team
- Strong team orientation and a good understanding of people and operational processes
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
