Oversee the thorough examination of project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Manage the preparation and submission of RFIs and RFPs to project consultants, supervise the creation and distribution of precise shop drawings using Revit, ASD, and AutoCAD
Prepare and issue shop drawings (using Revit, ASD & AutoCAD) for all allocated tasks.
lead coordination efforts with various trades to resolve conflicts.
Follow up material submittal status to be applied on shop drawings.
provide guidance in conducting preliminary quantity surveys as needed and maintain diligent oversight of material submittal statuses for seamless integration into shop drawings.
HSE Duties:
To adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by REDCON.
To refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by REDCON.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering civil
5-7 years of experience.
Excellent command of English
Excel - Word – AutoCAD – ASD - Revit
