Supervise the team in reviewing the terms and conditions of contracts; issue to the Tender departments the necessary contract modifications and pricing tips to support the tendering team.
Prepare the short list comments/deal breaking for the tenders in the pipeline.
Negotiate the contract’s in the pre-stage with the clients, if necessary.
Post-Award:
Monitor and follow up the implementation of the terms and conditions of contracts during the project duration in all existing projects.
Determine change orders for projects and claims during the construction period.
Provide support to all existing projects in all contractual matters.
Prepare EOT claims for all projects with the cooperation with the related departments (i.e. Planning, cost commercial).
Cooperate with the cost department to prepare prolongation cost claims.
Attend any meetings with the Clients and engineers if necessary.
Follow up and participate in project closing procedures.
Review the contractual correspondence whenever necessary.
Follow up on the sites regarding the delivery of all contractual documents, which enables the issuance of the preliminary taking over and final performance certificate.
HSE Duties:
Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon.
Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering or similar. It is preferable to obtain a certificate in Construction management
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in the field of contracts
