Cost Control Team Leader

• Approve and check invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
• Follow up issuance of projects monthly reports.
• Define cost control system and regulations to project staff at start of any project.
• Approve the contracts of subcontractors
• Prepare cost summary reports of monthly cost reports of the running projects.
• Conducts cost analysis, cost control, and monitoring of the budget
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Visit sites to follow his team. 
• Supervise his team and giving them technical support.

HSE Duties:

• Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon. 
• Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Construction Management Engineering.
• Certified CCP, PRMG, PMP, IPMA (Preferable).

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience with construction field.
