HSE Supervisor

1. Collaborate in determining the appropriate number of HSE Officers based on the site's activities.
2. Work closely with the HSE Senior Supervisor/HSE Team Leader to achieve high levels of HSE performance.
3. Provide comprehensive information regarding the company's scope at the site to ensure alignment with the Project safety plan.
4. Conduct daily site walk-downs to monitor the performance of HSE staff.
5. Prepare daily and weekly reports for review with the HSE Senior Supervisor.
6. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions related to HSE Internal or external Audit reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) if necessary.
7. Evaluate the HSE officer's adherence to the Company's HSE policy and the effective implementation of the HSE Management system.
