Planning Senior Engineer

• Initiate and prepare the Baseline using primavera P6 which included but not limited
• Construction plan
• Cash flow
• Shop drawing plan” submittal & approval dates”.
• Resources plan “materials, manpower & equipment”
• Narrative
• Collect data from the site and construction team.
• Review his/her tasks with the line manager.
• Follow up progress with the construction team in accordance with approved baseline plan.
• Update time schedule with the progress on site, cash flow or any other projects requirements.
• Prepare, submit the weekly and monthly (internal and external) reports to the line manager/ consultant
• Follow up the performance of engineering works & procurement in accordance with approved baseline plan
• Issue monthly look-ahead targets.
• Explain monthly target, monthly look ahead & follow up this monthly plan with the project team & PM.
• Issue a list of Area of concerns & its effect on the project.
• Negotiation with the project manager with any obstacle that may cause delays to the time schedule.
• Provide & communicate with execution team regarding the required work activities as per the approved plan.
• Reporting the centralized planning department with project status.
• Attend periodical meetings.
• Initiate and prepare delay analysis to issue EOT for the project.
• Issue recovery and revised schedules.
• Issue procurement plan
• Responsible for one project.

HSE Duties:

• Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon.
• Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of work experiences with Planning field.
