Planning Team Leader

• Initiate or Support in preparation the Baseline using primavera P6 with a planning team which included but not limited
• (
• Construction plan
• Cash flow
• Shop drawing plan including submittal & approval dates.
• Resources plan “materials, manpower & equipment”
• The related Narrative
• )
• Issue or review Recovery and Revised schedules.
• Issue procurement plan
• Collect data from the site and construction team.
• Review his/her tasks with the line manager.
• Issue a list of Area of concerns &Support the Project manager solve project obstacles.
• Prepare, submit the weekly and monthly (internal and external) reports to the line manager.
• Update time schedule with the progress on site, cash flow or any other projects requirements.
• Follow up the performance of sub-contractors & operation team.
• Monitor and track the projects’ progress in accordance with approved baseline plan.
• Issue monthly look-ahead targets.
• Explain monthly target, monthly look ahead & follow up this monthly plan with the project team.
• Provide & communicate with execution team regarding the required work activities as per the approved plan.
• Reporting the centralized planning department with project status.
• Attend periodical meetings internal & External.
• Prepare delay analysis and issue EOT for the projects.
• Responsible for one or several projects.

HSE Duties:

• Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon.
• Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience:

• 9-12 years of work experiences with Planning field.
