- Provides guidance on tenders and contract matters
- Provides training to employees in contracting practices, processes, policies and procedures to ensure tender processing time is maintained and facilitate tender and contract negotiations by practicing cost saving strategies.
- Monitor procurement plans for project for each project to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Review & study projects contracts, specifications, BOQ, and drawings for all the Project Items.
- Prepare request for quotation, technical & financial comparisons.
- Contact and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
HSE Duties:
- Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon.
- Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.
Qualifications
Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes by providing guidance on tenders and contracts, training employees in contracting practices, monitoring procurement plans, reviewing project contracts, preparing quotations, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate timely project fulfillment and cost savings strategies.
