Analyze project drawings to compile a comprehensive list of Material, Equipment, and Man-hour’s requirements, aligning with project priorities and the established time schedule.
Oversee the performance of the sub-contractors' team, providing guidance, and promptly reporting any issues to the direct manager for necessary intervention.
Manage day-to-day site matters, encompassing the supervision and monitoring of both the site labor force and subcontractors' activities.
Collaborate with the QC Department to schedule inspections and tests, taking corrective actions when necessary to uphold quality standards.
Generate a daily status report detailing project performance and identifying obstacles that require resolution.
Coordinate with other trades to facilitate work progress and resolve any interconnected issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Certified PMP (Preferrable)
From 5-7 years of experience
