We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Water Field Technologist at Rizon to support the growth, and execution excellence of Rizon’s chemical services in the field. This role will serve as a technical advisor, field mentor, and performance advocate, ensuring that our field operations teams deliver and communicate exceptional results that meet both internal standards and customer expectations.

The Field Technologist will be deeply involved in business development, program transitions, training, KPI analysis, and customer engagement, traveling throughout the region to support operational execution, troubleshoot challenges, and reinforce a culture of excellence.
