Key Responsibilities & Leadership: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations. Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations.
Strategic Implementation: Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth. Budget management. Resource Management: Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless company-wide processes.
