A Day in the Life
As the Clinical Recruiter, your day begins with reviewing open requisitions, candidate pipelines, and upcoming staffing needs across departments. You connect with leaders and hiring managers to refine job requirements, discuss recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate expectations.
Throughout the day, you screen applicants, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clinical teams. You actively source talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and professional organizations.
You collaborate with your coworkers for offer development, and onboarding requirements while maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system. You also represent the organization at recruitment events, building relationships that strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
