MAIN DUTIES

Food & Beverage – Service:

• Greet guests courteously and professionally.

• Engage guests, by name where appropriate, during their stay ensuring satisfaction.

• Serve breakfast and dinner in Horin Dining Room.
• Use proper Japanese serving techniques.
• Provide explanation about the daily menu including wine/liquor and seasonal ingredients.
• Understand food and hygiene standards and uphold these at all times.
• Clean and set up assigned sections in the Dining Room.
• Listen and respond to customers’ complaints professionally and courteously.
• Ensure guests’ satisfaction.
• Must work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Follow the instructions of Management efficiently and to expected standards.
• English will be the main language of work at the Horin Dining Room as such Japanese language proficiency is preferred bu not required

DURATION: 1 or 2 years

SALARY starts from JPY 220,000 per month before taxes. It is discussed case by case, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

• Certificate of eligibility (necessary for obtaining the visa)
• insurance and pension scheme as per Japanese laws and regulations

NOT PROVIDED:

• transportation
• meals
• accommodation (however, we will help the candidate to find an apartment near Beniya Mukayu, approximate rental JPY 38,000 bills excluded)
