Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner / Backwait to support our front-of-house team during evening service. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and ensuring each guest experience is executed with precision and care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality and gain experience in a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and water service
Support seamless communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
Assist with polishing, stocking, and preparing service stations
Anticipate team and guest needs to support an elevated dining experience
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Professional, positive attitude
Must be available Thursday through Sunday evenings
