Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Restaurant. Au sein de l'Hôtel 4* (16 chambres), vous êtes en charge de l'organisation du service petit déjeuner Continental et en room service :
- Accueillir le client et l'installer à table
- Prendre les commandes
- Assurer le service à table des boissons et commandes spécifiques
- Assurer le réapprovisionnement permanent du buffet
- Veiller à la préparation du dressage des plateaux et du service en chambres
- Contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction client par la qualité de votre travail.
Expérience dans l'hôtellerie de Luxe indispensable
Français indispensable - Anglais courant exigé
