Your Role at Relatient:
We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Amar Tech Park. You’ll be part of an engaging culture focused on meaningful work that makes a difference.
In this role, you will design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale software solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering team members, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead development of software modules, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering technical growth and continuous learning.
- Design and develop modern UI/UX interfaces and backend APIs using full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliverables.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Partner across Agile teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support technical solutions.
- Own and manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new and existing systems.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions, including monolith and microservices-based solutions.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, B.E., B.Tech., or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility.
- Strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and web fundamentals.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Git.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
