The Fellowship is a two-year intensive program for individuals called to pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions. Fellows commit 28 hours per week to hands-on ministry alongside experienced mentors while also pursuing a master’s degree and completing ordination requirements with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA). It is designed for those with a bachelor’s degree who have a clear call to ministry, with an annual support target of $36,000–$45,000.
