Leaps of Faith Ballet Ministry provides free ballet classes and shares the gospel with children (ages 3-18) who would otherwise be unable to take ballet. What started as an after school program for 8 girls has turned into a nonprofit serving approximately 100 girls a year. We are praying over the next people God will call to take a “leap of faith” and join the work He is doing here!
While the role includes teaching ballet, the heart of this position is ministry—loving the children and families we serve, praying for them, and investing in meaningful, Christ-centered relationships. Part time and full time positions are available.
This role is great for someone who is organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and embracing variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in loving and serving the families in our program, helping create an environment that is safe and Christ-centered.
