The Opportunity

RemodelBoom is a revenue-share growth partner for home improvement companies across the United States. Our clients do not pay retainers or setup fees; we earn revenue when our campaigns generate sales. This model makes operational execution, client outcomes, and company performance directly connected.

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to own the build-out of a new service line.

The Role

The Entrepreneur in Residence will directly take a new service from ideation to revenue-driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and launch of the new service line.

• Define the business case, delivery model, technology and staffing requirements, operating procedures, and success metrics for the new offering.

• Run structured pilots, assess client results and unit economics, and recommend whether the service should be refined, scaled, or discontinued.

• Integrate successful offering into the company's sales, fulfillment, account management, and reporting processes.

Measures of Success

• Growth in revenue generated from the new service line.

• Consistent service delivery, operational quality, and timely issue resolution.

Experience and Qualifications

• Track record of taking a service from idea to revenue-generating.

• Experience building operations within a B2B online service-based business is preferred; experience serving the home improvement industry is a bonus.
