Job Profile:

The Culinary Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the culinary department by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the culinary team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Culinary Administrator works closely with chefs, cooks, and other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional culinary experiences for guests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and basic kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
