As the primary point of contact for our homeowners, you'll build lasting relationships, provide concierge level service, and coordinate each project from start to finish. What you'll be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
- Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
- Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
- Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
- Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
- Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
- Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
- A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
- Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
- Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
