    About Us

At Renewal by Andersen of CNY, we don’t just install premium windows and doors—we improve homes, enhance lives, and build community connections. We are difference makers, and we believe that every great achievement starts with a strong foundation. Our Proximity Marketing Department is the driving force behind our growth, bringing our brand directly into the neighborhoods we serve.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative Marketing Assistant to be the operational heartbeat of our field marketing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning logistics into success, you belong here.

The Role: How You’ll Make a Difference

As our Proximity Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and administration of our field marketing efforts. You will ensure our canvassers are equipped, compliant, and tracked for success. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys being at the center of a collaborative, high-energy team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performance Tracking: Compile daily and weekly metric reports; track canvasser activity and results to help optimize productivity across target regions.
    • Operational Support: Monitor performance trends, assist with correct lead sourcing in our CRM system, and provide actionable insights to the Proximity Manager.
    • Logistics & Onboarding: Support day-to-day logistics, manage field supply inventory, and coordinate systems, gear, and supplies for new hires.
    • Compliance & Administration: Maintain an organized, up-to-date calendar of active permits and proactively handle renewals with local municipalities.
    • Financial Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of canvasser timecards and mileage submissions prior to manager approval.
    • Team Culture: Support basic marketing coordination and contribute to a positive, culturally inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

What You Bring to the Team

You are a problem solver who can work independently while keeping the big picture in mind. You bring the following skills and qualifications:

    • The Blueprint: A High School diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and high computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Windows platforms).
    • Organizational Master: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage schedules, track multiple details, and meet deadlines.
    • Analytical Eye: Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance numbers for team reviews.
    • Compliance Mindset: Basic knowledge of compliance, permitting requirements, or local municipality regulations is a major plus.
    • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling/timekeeping systems and CRM or appointment-setting processes.
    • Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across departments.
    • Professional Integrity: High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality with performance documentation.

    Why Join Us?

    • Be a Difference Maker: See the direct impact of your organization on the company’s growth.
    • Flexible Part-Time Hours: Great for balancing other life commitments.
    • Inclusive Culture: Join a team that values diverse perspectives and supports your professional development.

    What Do I Need?

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Basic math skills required.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Window Platforms.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as September 28th, 2026.
