Inside Sales Center Agent

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Status: Full-Time

Location: Syracuse, NY (In-Office Role)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 9AM – 5:30PM or 10:30AM - 7:00PM + every other Saturday (9AM-2PM)

What You’ll Do:

📞 Engage inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified sales appointments
💬 Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism
🎯 Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals to unlock bonuses
💻 Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and performance
📚 Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Compensation:

💵 $17/hour base pay + Uncapped Bonuses
Average team members earn $1,000+ in monthly bonuses, with top performers earning much more!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
✅ Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
✅ Motivated by growth, competition, and earning potential

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent required

✅ 2+ Years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales preferred
