What You’ll Do:
Advise clients on spa services, packages, and retail products
Drive upselling and cross-selling to meet sales goals
Maintain accurate client records
Assist team members with day-to-day operations
Who We’re Looking For:
1+ year in sales or customer service
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Pleasing personality with professional appearance
Knowledge or interest in skincare/wellness preferred
