We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience in our luxury spa. This role is focused on selling treatments and packages, building professional relationships with clients, and supporting the team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Present spa treatments and packages clearly and professionally to clients
• Guide clients in selecting services that meet their needs
• Track weekly and monthly sales performance
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and package purchases
• Support team members in achieving individual and group sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in wellness or beauty services
• Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and spa solutions
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Goal-oriented, organized, and confident in a client-facing role
• 3000 USD monthly base pay
• Plus commission
• Independent Contractor (1099)
