• Be able to run a franchise that covers an area of 3 to 7 towns/cities
• Be able to work independently with minimal help from the company.
• Good math and money skills
• Good Geographical knowlege of assigned area.
• Good Knowlege of Lawn Equipment Maintance.
• Minimum 3 years experience in lawn care, painting, gutter cleaning and window washing.
• Minimum 2 years experience of supervising others.
• Must have your own transportation.

Starting a franchise requires a small financial investment and ongoing financial contributions. Candidates should be able to purchase company solicitiing materials (run about $50), equipment (Lawn mower $150, weed wacker $70, etc.) and materials (leaf bags, paint brushes, etc.)
