Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.
Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.
Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.
Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.
Be hands on.
Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.
Experience in a startup environment.
Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.
Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.
Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.
Available for a 4-6 month internship in our Berlin office.
