We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join the REO sales team in Athens.  The position is ideal for candidates who wish to work in a fast-growing and dynamic real estate services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of REO properties
• Communicate with potential buyers and investors
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Negotiate and follow structured approval processes in line with client guidelines
• Cooperate with external real estate agencies and brokers
• Coordinate with legal and back-office teams until completion
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and pipeline
• Prepare and analyse KPI and sales performance reports
• Consistent utilization and maintenance of accurate CRM records for the purposes of reporting and performance tracking
• Execute sales strategy in line with client guidelines and internal procedures

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Sales (Real Estate or B2C preferred)
• Good working knowledge of Excel (KPI reporting, data analysis)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a structured sales environment
• Basic understanding of the real estate market
• Good command of English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with REO / bank-owned properties / servicers
• Experience working with external real estate agencies
• CRM experience
