The ideal candidate will have the following skills

• An inherent ability to build quick and earnest rapport with customers.
• A high level of confidence in identifying the client's needs and acting accordingly
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and other technologies
• Strong awareness of patient confidentiality.
• Team collaboration

Note: A combination of education and experience outside the standards below may also be considered.

• High school diploma
• Medical Office Administration (Preferred)
• Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Office, G-Suite)
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
