Restaurant Supply LLC is looking for a detail-oriented B2B Catalog Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience to manage and maintain a large B2B e-commerce catalog.
This role will focus heavily on Shopify B2B catalogs, B2B pricing, product imports, and catalog data quality. During periods of lower B2B workload, you’ll also support regular catalog management and optimization.
Manage and maintain Shopify product catalogs, including product details, images, pricing, collections, variants, and metadata.
Manage Shopify B2B catalogs and B2B pricing to ensure accurate customer-specific product and pricing information.
Perform Shopify product imports and bulk updates using spreadsheets and available import tools.
Upload and update product content, images, descriptions, attributes, and other product information.
Audit catalog data regularly to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and pricing issues.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, metadata, and other content using e-commerce and SEO best practices.
Support product launches, promotions, and catalog updates.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to maintain accurate and customer-ready product information.
Manage large volumes of product data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Support general catalog management activities during B2B downtime.
Required:
3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience, specifically managing product catalogs.
Direct experience managing Shopify B2B catalogs and B2B pricing.
Strong understanding of Shopify product imports and bulk product updates.
Experience managing product information, images, variants, collections, pricing, and other catalog data.
Strong Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple catalog priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SEO or e-commerce conversion optimization.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with Asana, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.
Background in B2B e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
