    Job description

    Position & Company Overview:

These opportunities are available in Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA

ReSupply is seeking relationship-driven, mission-oriented professionals to join us as Field Account Managers. We strongly encourage veterans and transitioning military service members to apply, as the leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills developed through military service align closely with this role.

As a Field Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit partners, supporting both retention and growth. You’ll spend significant time in the field building relationships, identifying opportunities to better serve partners, and helping expand the impact of our services.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-first team working to reinvent the supply chain of charitable giving, turning household goods into meaningful support for communities in need.

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on partner success, retention, and expansion

    • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within your region

    • Support onboarding and ensure new partners are set up for success

    • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, recommending solutions that add value

    • Track account activity and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems

    What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who bring strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to mission-driven work. Many of these skills are commonly developed through military service, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments (military experience strongly valued)

    • Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with diverse stakeholders

    • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior decision-makers

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently

    • High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
