The Content Creator is responsible for hands-on creation, production, and editing of platform-native video and visual assets for Rethink Clients. They will turn fast-moving events and cultural moments into polished, high-standard content that captures attention on social.

The Opportunity

Imagine & Manifest Fresh Ideas on Social Channels

• Brainstorm, concept, and manifest fresh creative ideas tailored specifically for social channels to drive conversation and elevate brands.
• Concept, shoot, and edit original, platform-native vertical videos and visual assets (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Challenge conventional formats to push social creative boundaries. 
• Capture event content across brand partnerships
  

Curious Rethinker & Passionate Maker

• Bring a seeking mind and intellectual curiosity to every ask, digging into audience behaviors, native platform mechanics, and fast-moving social visual trends.
• Demonstrate a relentless dissatisfaction with the status quo by continually pushing concepts past the first obvious answer.
• Apply Rethink's CRAFTS framework to maintain exceptional aesthetic and production standards across all video and static social assets.
• Manage post-production workflows, camera equipment, motion graphics, and audio editing independently.
  

Foster Strong Collaboration

• Partner closely with Creative Directors, Social Strategists, and Community Managers, to turn real-time ideas into published social content.
• Participate openly in creative reviews, absorbing feedback with optimism and translating it into stronger work.
  

What you’ll bring:

• 4-6 years of content production, shooting, and editing experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-first social content and mobile vertical video expertise.
• Practical technical expertise with filming, audio, editing and upload. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Capcut.

Location: 720 King St. Toronto
Salary: $80K-$95K per year, pending experience skills, scope of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
