The Coordinator is responsible for operational efficiency, platform logistics, and asset distribution across the account. They will manage YouTube channel uploading workflows, maintain the Dealer Asset distribution tool, manage ad-hoc requests, and enforce digital asset management hygiene.

The Opportunity

YouTube Channel Operations

• Manage end-to-end YouTube channel postings in English and French, overseeing video formatting, thumbnails, metadata, descriptions, tags, keywords, and captioning.
  

Dealer Asset Tool & Asset Management

• Upload and maintain social assets within the dedicated tool for dealer distribution.
• Upload final creative files into asset management systems using tagging guidelines.
• Routinely audit digital asset management systems to archive or remove redundant assets.
  

Account Logistics & Ad-Hoc Support

• Coordinate ad-hoc requests, including breaking announcements, awards news, and unexpected brand updates.
• Support project managers and account leads with status reports, agendas, meeting notes, and timing updates.
  

Collaboration & Team Support

• Build strong operational relationships across strategy, creative, accounts, public relations and production teams. 
• Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  

What you’ll bring:

• 1-2 years of agency or administrative experience.
• Practical familiarity with social media 
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Location: 720 King St. W. Toronto, ON
Salary: $50K-$55K per year, pending experience skills, scope of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
