Creative Operations Manager (14 Month Contract)

As Creative Operations Manager (contract), you will partner directly with our senior agency leads and Creative Operations Director to keep the department running smoothly.
You will master the logistics and resourcing frameworks that empower our leaders and creative teams to stay inspired and focus on driving creative excellence and strategic growth.

The Opportunity

• Manage complex calendars, proactively resolve conflicts and prioritize meetings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling all tasks.
• Support the Creative Operations Director with team allocations and weekly capacity planning alongside Account teams. 
• Continuously reinforce operational workflows across departments. Flag timeline inconsistencies and cross-reference active schedules against ideal project benchmarks to ensure optimal resourcing.
• Schedule and organize internal and external meeting requests, including presentations, travel, appointments and reservations.
• Coordinate office workshops and cross-departmental off-site sessions.
• Liaison between executives, internal teams, clients and external partners and vendors.
• Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items from leadership meetings.
• Helping lead vacation coverage & approvals.
• Handle ad hoc requests and special projects.

What you’ll  bring:

• 2+ years of admin, customer service or executive support experience, bonus if within a creative agency
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Resourceful problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• A "can-do" attitude – no ask is too big or too small for you
• An entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table
• A proactive approach – you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there 
• A knack for applied strategy - you have the ability to translate strategic intention into actionable work

Office Location: 15 West 5th Avenue Vancouver, BC Salary: $50K-$68K per year, pending experience Duration: 14 month mat-leave contract Target Start: November
