Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team! In this role, you’ll help enrich the daily lives of residents through one-on-one engagement, supportive care, and meaningful interaction. Your presence will bring warmth, comfort, and connection to those who call our community home.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care support and warm companionship to residents.
- Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
- Offer meaningful one-on-one interaction to enhance residents’ emotional well-being.
- Assist in planning and supporting activity programs for residents.
- Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instructions.
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the clinical team to support resident care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan or clinical team.
What You'll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
