Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and companionship that supports residents in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your attentiveness and compassion will help create a warm and supportive environment where every resident feels valued.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.
- Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.
What You'll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
