Sr. Associate, Change management, Workday

About the Role : The Sr. Associate, Change Management will own adoption delivery for Project Unity, Revantage's global Workday HCM implementation, and support the broader AI in HR program. This is an execution role — not a support role. You will drive the change strategy, manage stakeholder engagement, and coordinate training and communications directly, partnering with the implementation vendor's change workstream for technical alignment. This role suits someone with proven change delivery experience who is ready to lead independently on a high-visibility, deadline-driven program.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Execution

• Lead the change management workstream for Project Unity across all go-live geographies (UK, Luxembourg, Singapore, Australia, India)
• Translate the program's implementation plan into a structured change roadmap: impact assessments, readiness milestones, resistance mitigation, and hypercare planning
• Stay engaged across all phases — global design, localization, customer confirmation, testing, deployment, and stabilization

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary change point of contact for regional and functional leaders across all impacted populations
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and maintain alignment as scope and timelines evolve
• Surface adoption risks early; bring solutions, not just status updates

Communications

• Own the project communications calendar end-to-end
• Write and distribute all program-level communications — executive updates, employee announcements, readiness surveys — tailored to audience and geography
• Work with the implementation vendor to ensure communications align with technical milestones

Training Coordination

• Develop role-based training plans in partnership with vendor training resources and internal SMEs
• Ensure employees across all geographies have access to the right resources at the right time
• Build sustainment materials that transfer into the People Technology CoE post-go-live

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track adoption KPIs (completion rates, survey scores, ticket volume trends)
• Report readiness status to the Program Director and CHRO; adjust plans based on data
• Conduct post-go-live reviews and document lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years in change management, HR transformation, or organizational effectiveness
• At least one full-cycle HCM or ERP implementation in a change capacity especially with Workday
• Strong written communication skills — you draft, not just review
• Demonstrated ability to manage across geographies and senior stakeholders without heavy oversight
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HELP familiarity (preferred)
• Experience building training content (job aids, facilitator guides)
• Exposure to AI-driven HR transformation programs
