POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Artiva HCx Developer will be primary responsible for the administration of the Artiva HCx applications. The Artiva HCx Developer will work closely with Operations, Client Services, and Compliance to ensure all business requirements are being achieved and make any recommendations on process improvements.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Designs, tests and develops programs or configurations for the Artiva environment
- Reviews and modifies, as appropriate, programming and configurations for the Artiva environment
- Uses analysis techniques to identify and resolve problems.
- Work with internal and external clients to provide thorough, accurate results.
- Work collaboratively with data centers, vendors, and internal and external customers.
- Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions necessary to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system.
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
- Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

- Review and analyze logs, alerts, and performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct errors by correcting code.
- Lead and/or assist with application projects including but not limited to system migrations, mergers and conversions.
