We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales and a genuine interest in affiliate marketing to start a career in the role of Jr Affiliate Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for B2B affiliations in iGaming, including partnerships with operators, software providers, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, helping to grow our network and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain listings and enhance visibility on Revpanda’s platforms, coordinating marketing efforts targeted at B2B audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and support optimization of the affiliate program.
- Conduct market research to identify quality services in iGaming and assist in onboarding new partnerships.
- Support the organization of marketing activities with partners after agreement signing to maximize collaboration.
Requirements:
- Understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization.
- Ability to identify and develop partnerships that align with the strengths and needs of both parties.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken, reading and writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience communicating via different channels on daily basis.
- Self-discipline and can-do, curious and positive attitude; high stress-resistance.
- Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship-building.
- Professional communication and business etiquette.
Good to have:
- Experience in affiliation, marketing, sales.
- Experience with CRM systems and Excel.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Development or a related field.
- Experience within the iGaming industry.
