    • Attend expos and industry events to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
    • Communicate with partners primarily via Telegram and Microsoft Teams; calls are conducted as needed.
    • Maintain CRM updates and pipeline tracking through Monday.com.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar affiliate management role within the iGaming industry.
    • Proven record in affiliate recruitment, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Strong knowledge of casino products in tier-1 markets, major competitors, and affiliate market trends.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Voluum.
    • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).
    • Ability to strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
