- Lead international CRM-related initiatives and projects from concept through implementation and rollout.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, trading companies, and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Analyse, challenge, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including business analysis, solution design, implementation support, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions across multiple countries and business units.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within the CRM landscape.
- Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and tender assessments to support technology selection and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, data governance principles, and customer engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices within the organization.
- Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in a comparable project and product-focused role within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and experience managing requirements across complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Emarsys, Adobe Campaign, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of data integration concepts, customer data management, and marketing technology ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to changing business priorities.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
