We’re looking for a Commercial Property Software Consultant to join Rex Cirrus8 and help commercial property professionals get the most out of our property management software.
This could be a great next step for someone with experience in commercial property management, lease administration, trust accounting or property operations who enjoys working with people, solving problems and sharing their knowledge.
You don’t need to come from a software implementation background. What’s most important to us is your understanding of the commercial property industry, confidence working with clients, and ability to learn and explain new systems.
About the Role
As a Commercial Property Software Consultant, you’ll guide new clients through their onboarding journey with Rex Cirrus8, helping them transition confidently from their existing processes and systems onto our platform.
You’ll work closely with commercial property professionals to understand how their businesses operate, deliver tailored product training, and help translate their existing property management processes into Rex Cirrus8.
Combining your commercial property knowledge with training, relationship management and project coordination, you’ll play an important role in setting our clients up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Training
- Own the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go live
- Learn about each client’s commercial property portfolio, processes and ways of working
- Develop structured training plans tailored to individual client needs
- Deliver engaging Rex Cirrus8 training sessions both online and in person
- Help clients understand how to apply the platform to their day-to-day property management processes
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to support strong product adoption
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout onboarding
- Build strong, trusted relationships with commercial property professionals
- Use your industry knowledge to understand client challenges and provide practical guidance
- Identify and address training gaps that could impact successful adoption
- Support clients following go live and guide them towards relevant self-service resources
Project Coordination & Implementation
- Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables and key milestones
- Coordinate client kick offs, training and data review sessions
- Work closely with our Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition onto Rex Cirrus8
- Communicate progress and expectations clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our onboarding experience, training resources and processes
Experience & Skills
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience within commercial real estate or commercial property, ideally in property management, lease administration, trust accounting or property operations
- A strong understanding of commercial property processes and the day-to-day challenges faced by property professionals
- Confidence working with clients and building trusted professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain processes or systems clearly
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines
- Confidence learning new technology and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
Experience with property management software or implementing new systems is highly regarded, but you don’t need to come from a PropTech or software background. If you know commercial property and enjoy helping others learn, we can help you build the software expertise.
