Business Analyst Quality

Within our Quality department, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us work smarter with data and improve our processes.
In this role, you’ll be at the crossroads of business, data and systems. You’ll collaborate with various teams to gain an understanding of how processes currently operate, where there is room for improvement, and how we can translate this into concrete solutions.
What will you be doing?
You’ll delve into processes and try to really understand how they currently operate.

Where are the inefficiencies? Where do things go wrong? You’ll use data and reporting to underpin that insight and pinpoint the real problem.
From there, you’ll help develop solutions. You’ll translate business needs into concrete proposals for IT or data teams and monitor the implementation process. You’ll also ensure that new solutions work effectively in practice.
In addition, you’ll work with our dashboards in Qlik.

You’ll use them to gain insights and adapt them where necessary, so that they better meet the needs of the business.
You’ll also be involved with our quality processes and systems. You don’t need to be an expert in this area yet, but it’s important that you’re keen to learn more about it.
