Your Responsibilities:

Direct technical support for clients regarding the operation of ReynAl (LiczOkno) and ReynaPro (LogiKal) software,
First line of support for reported issues,
Technical documentation analysis and verification against the software database,
Conducting software training sessions for clients (including in English),
Leading presentations and webinars,
Updating translations, thermal parameters, CE marking data, CNC machining data, and defining LiczOkno databases.
